What is SMS?
The
Short
Messaging Service (SMS)
allows you to send and receive short (up to 160 characters)
written messages using their GSM telephones.

What should I do in order to send short messages?
Before sending a message for the first time, you must enter the
message center number (+968 99 300610). The number will
be saved automatically so that you do not have to re-write it
every time you want to send a message.

can I locate the Message centre number?
Go to
menu\messages\settings\text message\message centre (service
centre).
